Is ShareMatch gambling or betting?
No. There is no house, no bookmaker and no odds-setting. Users own performance units (real-world assets) with a defined lifecycle, transparent pricing and auditable settlement. This is asset ownership, not wagering against a counterparty.

Compliance is structural. The entire contract architecture is designed around Islamic finance principles.
