# ShareMatch

> ShareMatch is the world's first Shariah-compliant tokenised asset marketplace: a platform for halal, asset-backed investing in the measurable performance of sport, culture and global events. Every asset is a real-world asset (haqq mali), not a bet. Built on Solana, backed by a formal Fatwa, and screened by an independent Shariah Advisory Board.

ShareMatch lets users buy and sell verifiable, asset-backed performance tokens across more than ten major sports indices and cultural and global-event markets. There is no house and no odds-setting: each token is a defined real-world asset with a transparent lifecycle, transparent pricing and auditable settlement on the Solana blockchain. The minimum ticket is $5, settled in USDC. ShareMatch defines and anchors the "Sport-Fi" category: ethical, Shariah-compliant participation in sport that replaces stake-based betting and fantasy with genuine fractional ownership.
